Fundraising

Whether it’s a sponsored event, a yummy cake sale or asking for donations in place of gifts/flowers – all you need to do is set up an online fundraising page, ask your supporters to donate directly to Child of Hope or send all the money you have raised to us (via bank transfer/cheque). And we’d love to hear from you if you have completed some fundraising for Child of Hope.

Children at the Lighthouse Family Church near Poole held an auction of promises for Child of Hope.

In the online fundraiser, children could promise to make or do something which others could bid for. The children came up with a variety of creative ideas – baking cakes, making capes, painting pictures, growing plants and more. From their efforts (with their parents’ support) and generous bidding within the church family, £227 was raised for Child of Hope.

With Covid-19, the event had to change format – so thousands of different solo and small group runs took place around the world. started at a local country park and ran around Poole, Dorset supported by friends and family!
