• Child of Hope requires that all volunteers comply with the guidance given in the visitors information pack while working with Child of Hope. Child of Hope in UK and in Uganda is not liable in the event of accident, sickness or death or for any expenses incurred by the trip. Volunteers must have all the necessary documentation, immunisations and travel insurance.

• Child of Hope may contact you regarding any information given on this application form for further details if necessary.
