Job Information

We are seeking a part-time, self-employed UK Director to lead the operational side of CoH UK, following the upcoming retirement of our current Director.

Flexible working hours according to needs, a minimum of around 10 hours pw. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about our mission in Uganda and eager to provide strategic oversight and practical support. The UK director serves as the primary point of contact for churches, trustees, and supporters. Responsibilities include overseeing administration, fundraising, marketing, online activity and communications, recruiting and encouraging volunteers, finance and budgets, and coordinating occasional UK visits by our Ugandan directors. It will involve some travel for face-to-face meetings.
