Disability is not inability for Patrick, one of the children in our vocational class at Child of Hope.

The young people are taught a range of skills including bakery, tailoring, carpentry, embroidery and hairdressing. Alongside these, they continue learning English and Maths.

Despite being disabled, Patrick loves to put into practice all the new skills he is learning. In this short video he is practicing hairdressing on a female head dummy. While most children like to specialise, Patrick loves trying everything. His favourite skill area is actually tailoring and he would eventually like to work in fashion.
