Learning is not limited to the classroom! Sometimes pupils and teachers alike enjoy lessons outdoors, which gives a flavour of traditional African learning where classes took place under trees.

These Primary Three children had a great time learning outdoors about Primary Health Care and Personal Hygiene. Usually the lesson begins with games and other exercises which engage the children well. They are then ready to listen to their teacher talking – enjoying a welcome break from books and pens.
