The youngest nursery class recently joined in pancake-making after reading a story book called Mama Panya’s Pancakes. They used cassava flour, a little baking flour, sugar and cooking oil.
The children were very excited at the prospect of having pancakes for their lunchtime snack, listening and watching their teacher attentively. When ready, the children ate them eagerly, joined by the children in the middle and top nursery classes, too.
