It’s been a crazy year for just about everyone around the world, but we thought you’d like to see how Child of Hope responded to the Covid-19 crisis that shut down pretty much everything in the Namatala slum for a while.
With tight restrictions on travel, closed businesses and food hard to get hold of in the slum, our team stepped in to provide food and essentials to our pupils’ families and other badly-hit families that came across. Huge thanks to everyone who donated to our emergency appeal in April that enabled us to do it.
