Our Primary Three class has been getting wonderfully creative – and a little muddy! Under the guidance of their Teacher, Joy, the children took their art and craft lesson outside the classroom to explore hands-on learning.

Using simple, natural materials of wet clay, banana fibre straws, and water, the pupils worked together in small groups to make traditional items such as cooking stoves, straw ropes for skipping, and clay pots.

Joy encouraged the children to work in teams of three to five, helping them develop teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression. The result? Lots of laughter and learning, some fabulous creations and huge smiles for their proud achievements! Well done P3!
